2020 EFC Annual Membership Meeting Is Cancelled

With much thought and consideration for everyone’s safety, EFC is cancelling the Annual Membership Meeting that was scheduled for April 2-3, 2020, as well as the pre-conference events scheduled for April 1, 2020. EFC is cancelling out of an abundance of caution for the safety and health of the conference participants and to ensure that the quality of our meetings always provides the highest value to our attendees. With the number of cancellations from presenters and attendees alike, for those that might have attended, the Annual Membership Meeting's quality of the sessions and conference as a whole would have suffered.

Registration fees will be refunded, however, as an alternative, you may transfer your paid registration to the EFC Education Finance Conference scheduled for September 17-18, 2020 in Washington, DC. Please send an e-mail to Gail daMota at gaild@efc.org instructing which option you are selecting – refund or transfer. For transfers, you will receive receipts reflecting the exchange.

If you have a hotel reservation with the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, please be sure to call the hotel at (800) 234-5117 to cancel your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty so please do not delay. EFC cannot cancel the reservation for you.

To bring you as much of the scheduled content as possible, we are working with the conference committee and presenters on a series of virtual webinars. We are also working with our meeting sponsors to encourage them to maintain their sponsorship and allow EFC to apply it to the upcoming webinars. It is only through the support of our sponsors that we will be able to mitigate the loss of cancelling this event.
