The EFC CXO Summit is a unique opportunity to streamline your sales process into a one-day event where you meet face-to-face with executive decision makers who are interested in your products and services. The CXO Summit will bring you multiple qualified leads and give you direct, exclusive access to EFC Member executives who are interested in purchasing or contracting services within the next 12 to 18 months.
Each one-on-one meeting is 30 minutes, with a 10-minute break between meetings to transition.
The 2024 CXO Summit is being held in conjunction with EFC Education Finance Conference and in the same hotel. However, the CXO Summit is a separate event that requires a separate registration and a separate registration fee.

Matchup & Registration Process

  1. Questionnaire: Indicate your interest in participating in the 2024 CXO Summit as a Vendor by completing our brief questionnaire. The questionnaire does not commit your organization to participation in the Summit. EFC will use the information provided in the questionnaire to match Vendors with Purchasers interested in the products or services they offer.
  2. Matchup: EFC will provide all Purchasers with a tailored list of matched Vendors for review and approval. All Vendors will then receive the total number of approved matches they have made, and Vendors will decide whether to register.
  3. Registration: Vendors who wish to participate in the CXO Summit will register by paying a non-refundable registration fee and will receive a customized meeting schedule and member profile for each meeting.

Please note: EFC does not guarantee that an RFP or contract will be awarded based on the meetings. All parties must agree to confidentiality regarding all information shared during their meetings. Registration is limited to two attendees per company.

EFC Affiliate Members: $950.00
Non-Members: $1,750.00

Purchasers do not pay a registration fee for EFC’s CXO Summit. Participation as a Purchaser is restricted to EFC Voting and Affiliate Members only.

Meeting Registration Cancellation, Refund, Complaint Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to Meghan Lustig at meghanl@efc.org. Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made on or before August 26. 2024. Requests made after August 26, 2024, but before September 11, 2024, will receive a 50 percent refund, and requests made after September 11, 2024 are not eligible for a refund even if the registrant does not attend the conference. There is no cancellation fee.
